Welcome to Maiden Jewel Camping!

We’re thrilled to have you stay with us and experience the tranquility of our beautiful property. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, please take note of the following guidelines:


Getting Here

📍 Directions: Search “YellowScone Adventures” on Google for navigation.
🚗 Drive Carefully: As you turn onto Abbott St, please drive slowly—there are families, horse riders, and livestock nearby.
🌉 Bridge Access: Cross the concrete bridge to enter. Do NOT attempt to go through the creek; vehicles often get stuck, and it is a shared recreational area.

📞 Call for Final Directions: Once you reach the gate with the Maiden Jewel Camping sign, call us for directions to your campsite:

House Rules

  • Quiet Hours: Strict no noise curfew at 10 PM. If you’re looking for a loud party spot, this is not the place—please don’t ask! Rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Rubbish: Pack it in, pack it out! All rubbish must be taken home. Do NOT place your trash in local bins, or a removal fee will be charged.
  • Dogs: Must be kept on a lead at all times. Livestock, horses, wildlife, and other campers’ safety are our top priority.
  • Gates: Leave gates as you find them—if it’s closed, close it behind you.

Campfires & Firewood

  • Campfires: Permitted depending on fire restrictions. If windy, fires must be extinguished.
  • Firewood: Bring your own or purchase from us. Do not cut wood on the property.

Water & Amenities

  • Water: Bring your own drinking and cooking water. We sell 10L containers for $10 if needed.
  • Driving Restrictions: No driving around the property after dark. Strict 20 km/h speed limit at all times to ensure the safety of campers, children, and livestock.

Prohibited Activities

  • No hooning or donuts: Any reckless driving will result in being asked to leave.
  • No unauthorized noise or parties. Strictly NO FIREWORKS

Important Information

🔕 Quiet Time: No loud music or disruptive behavior after 10 PM to respect other campers, including families.
🐶 Dog Policy: Dogs are welcome but must be kept on-leash at all times due to the presence of livestock, horses, and riders.
